Atam Shakti – Self Protection skills and knowledge helps you avoid violent situations, and better prepares yourself for dealing with them when/where avoidance isn’t possible. Understanding how violent situations occur and develop, allows you to create the time and distance to make your physical self-defense techniques effective.

Our self Defence sessions promote a healthy body, strong mind, and invincible spirit. You’ll build your confidence by learning to recognize and respond positively to threatening situations.

Our Framework consists of Preparedness of following
  • PHYSICAL – Learning physical skills
  • MENTAL – Building a mental make-up to handle stress
  • SITUATION HANDLING – Pre-thinking and debriefing

We teach you to ARM yourself:

  • AVOID  conflict through awareness,
  • RESOLVE  conflict via non-physical skills,
  • MANAGE it when necessary, using your physical and mental resources
